DC Classics Robotman perhaps...or maybe a Marvel Legends Iron Man. I think that a Blue Devil type head would be a good possiblility ot something to do with Fate's mask.

I'd be inclined to start with a bigger buck as the Baron is a big fucker. Maybe ML Skaar?
From the neck down I'd be okay sculpting the boot tops, chest thingies and the waist doo-dad. My concern is that the waist would lose articlulation if you wanted it to look good. You may need to tool around with the chet too as it looks like he has four pectorals instead of two.
As for the head I'd just start with some generic fodder head and sculpt the rest. You don't need to capture the nuances of the human face.

that's gonna be so sweet! is that for somebody as a commish? I have had an Acroyear brewing in my mind to make for long time and Karza is a great bad guy from the Micronauts! I can't wait to see this. I have that last Baron Karza from Palisades, it's pretty cool, but I anticipate your figure being KILLER!
